Cancellation/No-Show Policy

At Santa Fe Pet Clinic we understand that situations arise where you might need to cancel your pet’s appointment. We kindly ask that you please provide our office with a 24 hour notice if you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment. When you do not give us adequate notice or fail to show for your appointment, it prevents another patient from receiving the same quality veterinary care in a timely manner.

Therefore, failing to give our office a 24-hour notice prior to canceling your appointment or failing to show up for your scheduled appointment will result in a $50.00 charge for each occurrence. If multiple pets are scheduled on the same day and no show for each specific pet appointment – there will be a $50.00 charge for EACH pet. This fee will be billed to you on the same day of your missed appointment. This fee must be paid prior to your next visit. Thank you so much for your cooperation with this matter!
